Vietnam Visa exemption is granted to whom?

1. Citizens of Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Myanmar, Brunei, Cambodia and Laos for visits of 30 days at the maximum.
2. Citizens of Philippines for visits of 21 days at the maximum.
3. Citizens of Japan, Cambodia, South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Russia and Finland for visits of 15 days at the maximum.
4. Citizens of France holding valid diplomatic or official passports for visits of 90 days at the maximum or several visits of 6 months at the maximum.
5. Citizens of Chile holding valid diplomatic or official passports for visits of 60 days at the maximum.
6. APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) Holders from Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) member economies for visits of 60 days at the maximum.
7. For those who travel to Phu Quoc Island - Vietnam: Foreigners and Vietnamese nationals bearing foreign passports who enter Vietnam through an international border gate and then travel to Phu Quoc Island and stay in Phu Quoc less than 15 days will also be granted Vietnam visa exemption. Passports must be valid for at least 45 days. After arriving in Phu Quoc Island, if visitors want to travel to other localities or stay in the island for more than 15 days, the immigration department will be responsible for issuing visas right on the spot.

PROCESSING

After receiving your application and payment, we will process the visa and send email or fax a copy of the approval letter to you or you can download in your account at My Booking

- Please print the approval letter.
- At least 2 photos of passport size.

On arrival Internal Airport by air, Your visa and visa fee will be issued, charged at landing visa desk Or receive your visa at Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in your country for Visa Approval Code.

REQUIREMENTS

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.

Two (02) passport photos size 4 x 6 cm.

Cash for paying visa stamp fee upon arrival when picking up your visa.

Applicants must enter Vietnam by air and get the visa when landing at the arrival airport for the Visa on Arrival Application.

Applicants must get the visa at Embassy or Consulate in your country for the Visa Approval Code.

TO EXTEND OR RENEW VISA:

1. Please send us the scan of your passport and the page containing your current Vietnam visa to our email visa@transoceanservice.com or info@transoeanservice.com to get a consultant in each case

2. After that you need to bring your original passport to our office:

3. If you are Vietnamese overseas or your current visa is separate visa, you should save 02 photos with passport size.

Note: if you are in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi City, we can come in person to pick up your passport at your address on your request.

4. Wait some days to get your passport back with your new stamped visa.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. You should extend or renew visa at least 1 week before it is expired better

2. Before you apply for visa extension, your passport must have 2 blank pages at maximum.

3. Tourist or Business visa maybe extended or renew following your request

4. For Diplomatic, Official visas, and other types of visa should be applied through the official agencies or government or business sponsor or contact the Vietnam Immigration Department in person:

5. The tourist visa is only for single entry and one month stay, but extendable after you enter Vietnam. Diplomatic, Official visas, Business and other type of visa should be applied through the official agencies or government or business sponsor.
